Customer Appreciation
As a member of our Style Club, you are eligible for a 2% benefit with a minimum purchase. This 2% can be used in several ways:
- A discount on your current purchase
- A store credit for future purchase
- A gift certificate
- A donation to a 501C-3 charitable organization (in your name or anonomous)*
- A donation to a certified environmental not-for-profit organization.**
Requirements/Restrictions: A minimum purchase of $10,000.00 in sales is required before 2% of purchases begin to accrue to Style Member’s account. All purchase activity is tracked and purchase dollar amounts eligible for this benefit expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Sale items are excluded from qualifying for the 2% benefit. Any merchandise returned will be deducted from accrued activity. Credit will remain in Style Member’s account, once earned, for a period of 24 months. If not used or earmarked, Style and Form will make an anonymous donation to an organization of its choosing for the dollar amount in the Style Member’s account. The account will then be re-set to zero.The benefits accrued in this account and/or any other Style Member benefit is for the sole use of the Member, and may not be transferred or sold.
